JUNTTAN HYDRAULIC IMPACT HAMMERS

A pioneer in hydraulic piling hammers, Junttan has developed a new generation of hydraulic hammers. The efficiency of the new generation Junttan hammer are up to 20% more than that of a traditional free-fall hammer of these same weight.
Junttan hammers are suitable for driving steel tube pipes, sheet piles, precast concrete and timber piles. The stroke and blow rates are adjustable to optimize pile driving performance in all conditions. The ram weight can also be changed according to the pile type requirements. This means that one hammer efficiently serves a wide range of different pile driving operations. These hammers can be mounted on all types of leaders, or can be freely suspended.
Junttan hydraulic hammers are friendlier to the environment and more practical than conventional diesel and air hammers, as they generate less noise, vibration and emissions. In addition biodegradable oils can be used in the hydraulic systems.

HHK S-Series
The HHK S-series is a new generation of hydraulic impact hammers with an adjustable stroke of up to 4.9 ft (1.5 m). The efficiency of the HHK S-hammer is up to 20% more than that of a traditional free-fall hammer of the same weight. The hammer is suitable for driving all types of piles: precast concrete, steel tube, sheet and timber piles. The design of the hammer frame and drive cap makes for low impact noise and less vibration while driving. All impact energy is concentrated in the centre of the pile. The construction of the hammer makes it possible to use biodegradable hydraulic oils. The hammer is easy to connect to different hydraulic systems. It can be operated by the hydraulic system of the rig or by a separate power pack. The hammer can be mounted on all types of leaders, or can be freely suspended.

HHK A-Series
The HHK A-series is a new generation of hydraulic impact hammers with an adjustable stroke of up to 3.9 ft (1.2 m). The efficiency of the HHK A-hammer is up to 20% more than that of a traditional free-fall hammer of the same weight. HHK AL-Series
The HHK AL-series is a new generation of hydraulic impact hammers with an adjustable stroke of up to 2.6 ft (0.8 m) and an open hammer body. This hammer type can be delivered also with a stroke of 3.9 ft (1.2 m). The open hammer body makes the hammer lighter and allows higher pile weights than the heavier traditional free-fall hammer. Because of the minimized stroke, the hammer is also shorter. The hammer is suitable for driving all types of piles: precast concrete, steel tube, sheet and timber piles. The design of the hammer frame and drive cap makes for low impact noise and less vibration while piling.
