Emeca/SPEUSA manufactures steel piling joints, rock points and pile accessories for casting into pre-stressed concrete piles for deep foundations. The sturdily-built, easy-to-install and cost-effective pile joint was developed by world leading piling specialists from Emeca Oy, located in Finland.
Owner, Michael R. Jahnigen, a pioneer in the American pile driving industry, was so impressed with this innovative European product he brought it to the USA. Emeca/SPEUSA has a patent pending for the Emeca products and a sales territory consisting of North, Central and South America.
These joints conform to the requirements of the International Building Code (IBC) and are manufactured in our automated, state-of-the-art facility located in Laurel, Delaware, the first of its kind in the United States.

Sun Pile Foundations, LLC is a national pile driving company with emphasis in pre-cast concrete pilings. The company specializes in large ground-breaking commercial projects such as the Port Canaveral tank farm in Florida.
Within Sun Pile Foundations, Sun Marine Maintenance, Inc is responsible for smaller regional pile driving jobs for the Delmarva Peninsula. Sun Marine Maintenance has been in the marine construction and pile driving business since 1974 and has extensive experience driving all types of piles, in all types of sub-surface conditions in both commercial and residential applications.
The award winning teams are successful due to the use of the ultimate pile driving rig manufactured by Junttan Oy of Finland, imported and sold by our sister company, Sun Piledriving Equipment, LLC. This purpose built rig is equipped with the latest technology used in our industry today. The Junttan rig has proven its worth time and again bringing in jobs ahead of schedule, enabling Sun Marine Maintenance as well as Sun Pile Foundations to drive pile faster, safer, with less noise, vibration and fuel, saving time and money.

Vines Creek Marina is a 49 slip marina approximately 8 miles by water to the Indian River Bridge situated on the southern side of the Indian River, Peppers Creek and Vines Creek, Delaware. Access is available to the Bethany Beach area and across the river to Rehoboth/Dewey Beach.
